WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE PROCESS AND STEPS TO PREPARE FOR YOUR STRATEGY SESSION
The first step is to complete an initial consultation with our admin team. During this consultation, we will get some information from you about your arrest and also share some information about our firm that can help you decide if we are the right fit to handle your case. You can ask us any questions and we can explain what we may be able to do to help you!
After you have completed this initial consultation, an invoice and contract will be sent to the email address you provided to us. Once the contract is signed and returned and the invoice paid, we will schedule a strategy session for you.
Your strategy session will last approximately one hour and we ask that you bring anything you believe we need to know – any evidence that you think may support your case (if not, don’t worry, we will gather it for you!). Rest assured that everything we discuss is always confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege.
During your strategy session, we will work together to determine what information we still need to gather (for example, the police report from a DUI arrest, or witness statements, or your medical records). We will tell you what to expect from the criminal justice system and what defense we may be able to mount on your behalf depending on the information that we gather.
We will also set up your next appointment so you can have peace of mind that we are fully focused on your case and determined to aggressively pursue a good outcome on your behalf!
